We work in two distinct and highly specialist areas – in-house Legal Executive Search for companies and lateral hire Executive Search for national and international law firms. With a unique understanding of the EMEA market, we provide high-end Executive Search focused solely on the legal market, combining local market and functional understanding with our global recruitment experience. We have experience of working internationally and have an extensive network of contacts in multiple jurisdictions. Our key markets are the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Benelux, Italy, Scandinavia, US and Asia. We have three offices in London, Munich and Frankfurt.

Our in-house legal team assists clients with the recruitment of senior in-house Counsel up to and including General Counsel. We have a particularly strong track record in recruiting specialist IP Counsel, Data Privacy & Regulatory Lawyers, Heads of Compliance and Company Secretaries.
Our Legal Department supports General Counsels across EMEA and we have extensive experience of setting up legal teams and hiring first General Counsels for smaller companies.

We are one of the few Legal Executive Search firms to offer specialist Partner, Counsel and Associate Searches. We work with a select number of national and international law firms to help grow their practices and teams. This practice is led by Chris Adamson, who has worked across various practice areas but has particular expertise in IP and Patents. We headhunt Partners and lawyers (Counsel / Associates) in all areas of law, working predominantly with UK, US and European firms to grow and establish both existing and new teams in key markets. We have an especially strong track record in the UK, France and Germany.
