This is an exclusive opportunity for a partner with a proven track record to develop and lead the life sciences practice of a leading international IP firm, EIP. This opportunity reflects EIP’s commitment to the life sciences sector, and their belief in the potential that the right partner could unleash by bringing their own client base and contacts and leveraging the firm’s prestigious brand, platform and existing network.  

Once established within the firm, the Senior Partner – Life Sciences will lead a dedicated team consisting of fee earners and paralegals. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will work closely alongside another partner.

The partner will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and will be expected to play a significant role in acquiring and developing new clients, in addition to those they bring with them, to expand the team’s fee earning-capacities and fuel growth.

All partners contribute to the development of the firm, taking responsibility for certain key projects or functions and ensuring its continued success.

In addition, the ethos and culture of the firm are of paramount importance to the existing partnership. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that he/she shares the same values of honesty, trust, team-orientation and the strong will to achieve the best results for the clients of the firm. The Candidate

EIP is seeking to attract an existing partner at an esteemed firm, with a strong reputation and track record in the life sciences industry. You will have a network of existing contacts that you can evidence as a source of future client following and development, and you will show sound commercial acumen and potential for deepening EIP’s own client relationships. You will possess proven leadership skills to step into a senior partner position, and you will demonstrate the authority and enthusiasm to join and drive forward EIP’s ethos and mission.
