THE POSITION
Based in Eindhoven or Stockholm, you’ll join Signify’s world-class EnabLED Licensing team, focusing on identifying, developing, and closing IP licensing opportunities across Northern and Eastern Europe. Key responsibilities include managing licensing projects, negotiating agreements, and building relationships with both prospects and existing licensees. You’ll collaborate globally and work closely with legal, patent, and business development teams to maximize IP value.
THE CANDIDATE
You are an ambitious licensing or business development professional with:
- A technical Master’s degree (legal or IP qualifications a plus)
- Robust experience in IP licensing or tech-driven business development
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English (additional European languages preferred)
