Small Group / Team Coaching
Small group or team coaching works towards a collective aim, engaging with you and your team(s) either as a whole or through a mix of group and one-on-one sessions. Samantha Knowles, Senior Director and Head of Research at Adamson & Partners, is a Certified Development Coach who has experienced first-hand the transformative impact of coaching in her own life. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and coaching experiences. Psychometric analysis, while not a requirement of our coaching process, can be a valuable part of our approach – whether we are working with you individually, on an executive search assignment, strategic planning project, or exploring potential M&A growth strategies.
While we use various tools, our preferred choice is Lumina Spark. Developed by Dr. Stewart Desson, this highly regarded product is based on his ground-breaking PhD research in business psychology and psychometrics at the University of Westminster. The Lumina Spark methodology is unique in its ability to avoid the biases common in many other psychometric assessments.
