Victoria Jackson was retained by a European pharmaceutical multinational to hire an EMEA Compliance Director. This position would sit in a newly acquired business that needed deep oncology compliance expertise and the ability to embed the group-level compliance program in a vastly different and more agile business culture. We conducted a pan-European search, identifying the strongest compliance leaders within the oncology space. The shortlist was delivered within four weeks.

Once this hire was completed, we were asked to support with additional team builds in local markets, including a Head of Compliance for the MEA region and for the DACH region. We also relocated an expert from the US to European headquarters and ensured that the successful candidates were experienced in operating across and influencing in a matrix structure. Our client received the top five candidates for each region and a detailed, softer skills analysis, ensuring we had the right fit for the local business culture and someone who would be successful in company headquarters.
