There have been some exciting changes happening at Adamson & Partners which we wish to share with you.
Backed by Refined Selection, a specialist investment firm in human capital businesses, a number of colleagues have completed a buyout of Adamson & Partners from Stuart and Christine Adamson, who founded the company almost 30 years ago. The new management team will be led by Chris Adamson, who has become Managing Partner with immediate effect, and supported by several colleagues who have personally invested in the business.
We are all extremely positive about the future growth potential of the company and we look forward to working with our new partners to help the business on its next phase of development, which we believe will allow us to enhance the breadth and quality of services we can offer clients. In particular, we wish to build further on the powerful and highly respected brand created by Stuart and Christine within the Intellectual Property and Legal recruitment sectors. We believe that through our partnership, we are well positioned to maintain and deliver even greater quality and service to our clients across the world, who remain our clear priority. Stuart and Christine will remain with the business for a short period of handover in order to ensure that this adherence to service and quality remains and to allow a smooth transition to the new management before beginning a richly deserved retirement.
