Rose is a senior member of the Adamsons’ research team based in Munich. She joined the business in 2021 from a SHREK firm where she spent five years executing complex C-suite and Board-level appointments across the global life sciences industry on behalf of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology clients. In her earlier career, Rose was exposed to other industries; namely financial publishing and the private defense sector, as well as both mid-sized and boutique UK-based executive search firms in the areas of project and client management. Rose has lived and worked in the UK, France, and Germany.
