Coaching & Executive Advisory
Empower leaders & teams to unlock their potential, deepen self-awareness and drive sustained progress
Through a holistic approach that accelerates both personal and professional growth.
Coaching & Executive Advisory
The most effective leaders understand themselves. Coaching helps individuals develop deeper self-awareness and perspective, enabling them to operate with greater clarity, control, and impact. In increasingly complex environments, qualities such as emotional regulation, sound decision-making, and resilience are essential. The right coaching is a long-term investment in meaningful personal and professional growth.
At Adamsons, coaching is a natural extension of our advisory work. Alongside supporting senior hiring and leadership strategy, we work with individuals to better understand what is shaping their performance, helping them move forward with clarity and intention.

What we deliver
We provide tailored, one-to-one coaching shaped around the individual and their agenda. Each engagement creates a confidential space for structured reflection, thoughtful challenge, and practical insight, helping you better understand what is influencing your thinking, behaviour, and performance.
Focus areas
Building confidence and a more natural leadership presence
Navigating pressure, uncertainty without losing clarity
Handling difficult conversations and high-stakes interactions with intention
Stepping into broader roles or increased responsibility
Making sense of complexity so you can act deliberately
Recognising and working through patterns or assumptions that may be holding you back
Developing self-awareness that strengthens judgement, consistency, and overall impact
Strengthening the foundations that support performance, including energy, focus, and sleep
Who We serve
We work with individuals across law firms, IP practices, corporate organisations, and high-growth or founder-led businesses, from established international firms to smaller specialist and start-up environments. These may include:
Senior professionals who want to refine how they operate and make more considered decisions
Individuals preparing for partnership, board-level roles, or expanded leadership responsibility
Leaders navigating periods of change, increased pressure, or organisational complexity
As part of Adamsons, coaching sits alongside our work in senior appointments and leadership advisory. This provides a broader perspective on leadership, performance, and organisational dynamics, without losing focus on the individual.
Our approach
Coaching enables you to access a deeper level of awareness and perspective. In an increasingly complex environment, where emotional regulation, sound decision-making, and resilience are essential, this becomes critical. The right coaching is a long-term investment for those seeking meaningful progress and a more considered way of operating. Samantha’s approach is grounded in a simple philosophy:
Wellbeing is foundational: Sustainable performance begins with strong foundations, including sleep, energy, and overall wellbeing. Samantha recognises that clarity, decision-making, and lasting change are not driven by willpower alone, but by how well these foundations are supported. At key stages, she will help you explore sleep and its influence on your energy, clarity, and capacity for change, alongside the wider factors that support long-term well being.
We are all human beings: Samantha’s humanistic approach creates space to step back from titles, expectations, and pressure, and to focus on what matters most. The work begins with self-awareness, helping you better understand what you can control, and what you can let go.
You don’t need fixing: Coaching is not about correction. It is about giving yourself permission to reflect, to explore your thinking, values, and beliefs, and to reconnect with parts of yourself that were never broken, just paused.
Being fully present matters: Small, thoughtful changes can lead to meaningful shifts in confidence, clarity, and impact. The focus is on progress, not perfection, and on developing a more consistent and deliberate way of operating.
Insight where it adds value: Where appropriate, coaching can be supported by psychometric tools such as Lumina Spark, offering additional clarity around behaviour, preferences, and working style. These insights are used to support your thinking, not define it.
