With over fifteen years’ experience, he specialises in senior IP hires across key markets including Germany, the US, and the Nordics, and is a trusted advisor on complex and cross-border mandates. Alongside search, he conducts IP Team Audits and Talent Benchmarking, advising clients on succession planning and long-term talent strategy.
