She works with multinational organisations and growing businesses on senior legal, compliance and privacy appointments, from first-time in-house hires to General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer roles.
Victoria frequently advises clients on team design, competitor analysis, and rebuilding functions following M&A or broader transformation. Having lived and worked in the UK, Ireland, Spain, the UAE, and the Netherlands, she brings a genuinely international perspective and a strong global network to her work. Known for her straight-talking, considered advice always grounded in integrity, Victoria combines sound judgement with a strong commercial understanding.
