Our talent network
We support law firm clients’ strategic growth objectives for their IP litigation teams, recruiting from Associate through to experienced Partner level, including team hires. Our focus is truly global although, in line with the market, we have particular experience supporting clients in the key European jurisdictions of the UK, Germany and France. Our expertise covers all areas of IP litigation, namely patents and ‘soft’ IP (trademarks, copyright and designs). Additionally, we assist organisations in industry seeking to build an in-house IP litigation capability, an increasing trend in recent years, particularly in patent litigation heavy sectors such as Life Sciences and Telecoms.
