In this category, the JUVE editorial office recognises law firms that are developing dynamically in trademark, patent and competition law. Nominees may vary in where their strengths lie across these areas of expertise.
Crucial to the nomination process will be the presence in important dispute resolution, the support of high-calibre clients in contract design and portfolio management as well as personnel development.
JUVE recognises young and promising companies, as well as long-established players who have developed particularly well over the past twelve months.
